What a risk disclosure is for
This article is in English.
A risk disclosure is a warning you should read before you trade. It explains that you can lose the money you commit, that leverage magnifies losses, and that prices can gap when a market is closed or thin. It also says that education, calculators and charts are not a recommendation.
The page is not a complete list of every risk, and it does not know your finances. If you do not understand margin, or the chance of a total loss, do not trade. Consider independent advice from someone who is allowed to give it where you live.
The disclosure does not claim that the company is authorised by a regulator. A licence is shown only when a licence number is configured on the site. A choice of law in a contract is not an authorisation.
